Flip Flop Tories - Harper's hypocrisy

In the 10 months Stephen Harper has ruled Canada, he's broken dozens of campaign promises, while keeping only a few. Some that he's kept, have been criticized as being unconstitutional bills, or cynical moves against women, and literacy.
