In the 10 months Stephen Harper has ruled Canada, he's broken dozens of campaign promises, while keeping only a few. Some that he's kept, have been criticized as being unconstitutional bills, or cynical moves against women, and literacy.
This blog will, before the next election, feature Stephen Harper's promises to Canadians, and the subsequent actions while in government that broke them.
